About this Position:

As Systems Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:

Support Internal IT Needs

  • Installing, configuring and monitoring our internal software, hardware, and networks.
  • Management and consolidation of software application licenses.
  • Policy setting and enforcement.
  • Manage our Microsoft Office Environment.
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
  • Lead risk analysis and security assessments.
  • Hardware Procurement
  • Backup and Storage Management
  • BYOD Management

Support our SaaS Platform

  • Apply OS, Software, and hardware updates as applicable.
  • Lead root cause analysis for unplanned downtime.
  • Lead disaster recovery planning.
  • Monitor System Performance.
  • Work closely with Cloud Engineering to ensure stable, seamless, and secure communication between cloud and on-premise resources.

Education and Experience

  • 3 Years Systems Administrator Experience required.
  • Office 365/Active Directory Experience Required
  • Microsoft Azure familiarity
  • Experience with networking concepts: IPv4, Switching, VLANs, and VPN.
  • Experience with FortiGate Firewalls
  • Windows Server and Hyper V
  • SSO/SAML

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range: Depending on experience.
  • Eligible for quarterly bonus
